TERMS & CONDITIONS OF SALE

- All goods must be checked on delivery and the courier’s delivery note signed as checked.
- 12/24 Month Warranty is available on LED products when available from the manufacturer, sold as new.
- Goods must be used as per intended purpose and installation carried out by qualified personnel.
- Items purchased on this website (originalcaferacer.com) will remain under the jurisdiction of UK law. Any liability as a result of a claim; The maximum value of a claim cannot exceed the value of the goods in any event.
- 30 days refund, buyer pays return postage
Returns Policy:
- Unless the colour or finish of an item is specifically stated, the finish or colour of the item received may differ from the photos. A manufacturer may change the specification of a product for technical reasons.
- Unwanted items ordered as a “Special” incur a 20% restocking charge.
- The buyer is responsible for all postage costs unless it is a mistake on our part, in which case we will cover the postage costs.
- Please contact us first to obtain a returns authorisation number before returning goods.
- When returning goods, they must be well packed and in original condition and packaging.
- Returned goods must be accompanied with original invoice or PayPal receipt and with a brief note explaining why the item is being returned.
- Please note we cannot exchange goods or complete refunds until the original item has been returned in original condition.
- Any used parts/items showing signs of wear and tear or not in original condition will not be accepted as a return.
- Please note if you fail to comply with the points as above you will not receive a replacement or refund.
Damage Policy:
- All items must be checked on delivery wherever possible any damages must be noted on the delivery note or refused and sent back with the driver. If unable to check goods, the delivery note must be signed for unchecked and reported to us within 24 hours. (this is a requirement of all courier companies these days)
- We cannot accept goods back for damages if the delivery note is signed as received in good condition.
- All Royal Mail deliveries that are received damaged must be reported within 24 hours. (as per royal mail policy)
- Any Damaged item that is reported within the allotted time will be replaced by us wherever possible. If we are unable to replace a refund will be issued once we have received the item back. If a damaged item is returned, the costs of returning back must be met by the customer, if a claim with the courier is successful for damage then the all of the return cost (within reason) will be refunded to the customer
- We can issue a partial refund for the damage if the buyer prefers to keep the item but we must be notified within 24 hours. We may ask for photographic evidence of the damage.
- Regarding items that are faulty, we will only reimburse the cost of the item (or replace the item) and your return postage costs up to a reasonable amount and are not liable for any other costs. Such as Labour, time and travel etc.
- We will always do our best to assist customers but we do ask you to comply with the above conditions to receive your refund/replacement item.

Refund Policy:
- We offer a no quibble 30 day money back guarantee for all goods shipped correctly that are not required. If the item is not required, please send the item back for a refund in its “original condition”, unused with its “original packaging”. The buyer will be responsible for all return postage costs and we reserve the right to deduct the original postage cost from the refund, for unwanted items.
- For items which are faulty on receipt, please notify us within 14 days by e-mail only. We will refund the return postage costs for sending the items back to us if the item is confirmed as faulty. We recommend using a proof of delivery service for your own benefit.
- In the unlikely event that a wrong item is received, please return the item to us within 7 days of receipt and we will send the correct item free of charge and all return costs will be covered.
- In the unlikely event an item is received damaged, we must be informed by 12 Noon the following day after delivery to fulfil courier requirements for a claim. For more specific information, relating to our refund policy please refer to the “Returns Policy”
